: I and some friends made a black hena two days ago and today i found
: this site and i got scared. I'm not sure if the hena was jet black
: because i have vision problem and the light sometimes changes the
: color for my eyes.
: i saw the artist cleaning the black henna tube (don't know if thats
: then name) and the paper got a dark brown and when a got my black
: henna done he said that i had to wait around 15 minutes so it could
: dry. after itdryed if i touched it wih my finger, the finger did not
: got black, it got a dark green. My tee-shirt also got a dark green
: stain.

This could be a PPD black henna, but unless you contact the artist,
ask ,and get a truthful answer, you won't know.

Dark Green sounds like a dye other than PPD, though I agree that
perception of color is a very complex problem.

How quickly did the black stain your skin, and how long did it last?
PPD stains in less than 2 hours, and lasts over 1 week on an upper
arm.

If you do have any symptoms of blistering, itching, RUN to your
physician with a printout of the paper linked below. That has
information your doctor needs on diagnosis and treatment so you won't
have scarring.
