Found the ingredient list for the black henna" as sold by
bigwideworld.
Assuming that all their ingredients meet stict British standards,
which of these listed below is going to be likely to cause anyy
problems?
"Lawsoni Inermis
Acid Black- popular food colourant
Glycerine - as used in natural soaps
Tartaric Acid - as used on fish
Alcohol
Eucalyptus Oil
Citrics Acid - lemon and lime
Sodium Benzoate - a popular food preservative
Water"

I put a pinhead size dot om my palm about one week ago, the paste was
jet black and the dot fell off after about 1 hour, today the dot is
just turning brown (though you have to look close to tell it's now
brown and not black)
To be able to legally sell this stuff must it not meet and need to be
tested by some sort of British standards or health and safety agency?
As there is obviously a big demand for the "black" could this be a
safe one, especially as the items which may cause possible concern
are those that can be ingested?

Oh yeah also couple more piccies added to my pictorial diary of a
complete newbie and his progress as he practices. link (might be!)
below.
