Don't worry to much about the sleezoids. If you can confront them,
great, but pull up one by the roots and more will take their place.

Look for the gate keepers. The people who have the power to say "no"
to business activities.

Where is the health department?
Who runs it?
Who does the building inspections and zoning?
If the inspectors and people who give out permits know the difference
between henna and PPD, they can stop PPD.
The cops may be too busy with more dangerous things.
Who writes up business permits?
Who write up business liability insurance?
THESE are people who have the power to stop PPD slingers! Get info to
THEM!

Do they have street addresses? Do they have emails?
Is there a consumer watchdog office where you are?

Then, after you've sent them info on henna/vs/PPD, call them and see
if they'll see you for an appointment.

What's the procedure for getting an initiative on the ballot in a
local election? PPD Black Death's been outlawed in Santa Monica. Can
you do it where you live? Are there any town meetings where you are?

Pick your battles carefully, and pick the ones you can WIN.

Get the FDA, or PPD rant in some form on your website. Get it on
search engines.
Get it into the hands of your local officials.
Get it into the hands of your state officials.
Get it into the hands of your federal government.

The FDA reviews it's laws in the late spring and early summer of each
year. If EVERYONE writes to every last contact at the bottom of the
FDA rant, and gets their own letter in, ppd rant, etc .... when next
spring comes up, this could be resolved.

BTW ... it might be nice to nudge the FDA to put some more credible
warning lables on Bigen etc, saying it must NOT be applied directly to
skin! The warning labels on black hair dye are absolutely pathetic.
