You can simply collect signatures and send them to your local
officials, congressmen to the FDA, with the rant, as a statement of
concern. Links, info and addresses are at the bottom end of the rant.
Officials WILL pay attention to letters with signatures! I tried to
make the rant skimmable, via the different type sizes, so a government
official can grasp the sense of it easily.

You may wish to restate the rant a bit .... copy, paste, trim and
tailor it to your own preferences. I'm collecting signatures as well.
The first place I'm sending mine directly to the director of the FDA.
