The 'Purple Factor'

I think it may actually be something to do with the different
hennas...
I have noticed that with castle art henna, when i do get such deep
stains, that they are much more purple in color than say Jamila or
Kenzi. The pic of CCJ's hand definately has a purple cast to the
stain. I have never gotten a purple stain with Kenzi, and usually
Jamila is red.
The pic above is one of my darkest stains with Kenzi, and it's dark,
but not purple (link below if it doesn't work). It has more of a
russet/deep auburn hue. Compared to the pics on Catherine's site of
the Sirius mixes, it is a very different color.
I'm probably totally off on everything i just said, but i'm trying...
