Info on blood donations

You probably shouldn't have been out of the country recently - often,
people who go to Mexico and England aren't allowed to give blood
because of Mad Cow disease and all that stuff.
Although you can't give blood right now, Nick, I'm sure that there
are plenty of facilities that could use help; Hospitals can always
use candystripers, and at blood donation drives there are always
people needed to escort donors and feed them after the donation
procedure.
