Hej,

I printed out Catherine's post about the henna prayer flags and
brought it to the library where I'll be doing some part time work
next month. I showed it to one of the young adult librarians, and
she's going to show it to her boss. I'm sure the kids in that town
are in a continued state of confussion and anger - we're not on the
side of CT near NY, but the town is where the Sub Base is located and
a lot of kids in that town have parents in the service.

If they decide to do the prayer flags, I'm donating the henna. I
won't be able to be there when they do it, though, since the night
for young adult stuff is the same night as my Developmental
Elementary Literacy class . . . I will post pictures if I can get
them. (Of the flags, not of my class - I don't think anyone's
interested in that.)
