Part of the normal confusion people feel at a time like this is an
irrational guilt for being glad they are alive. Doing henna maybe
helped you deal with that a bit. There is nothing wrong with
celebrating you are alive when your own mortality is thrown in your
face by something like this! When we mourn others we can still
celebrate life.
I think we would all love to see pictures when you have them!
