First of all like everyone else said breathe, take a yoga class,
dance class get your energy into something positive. It is very
tramatic what you saw. I lost my uncle but I must accept and move on.
You can't stop living because something horrible happens. Life goes
on.. If you shut yourself from the world, you are only going to make
your fears worse. Hey, I am afraid of esclators(it's true) but I make
an effort to ride one every day to see if I can overcome the fear(the
down ones i'm still working on) Talk to people the first step is good
posting on the board we are all here to help you. You must not
withdrawl it is horrific what you saw. Keep your mind busy, henna
prayer flag, do a needlepoint kit, hey buy a coloring book and
crayons and color(don't laugh it works for me in times of stress)you
want to focus your energy on positive. In time wounds heal.

myself with positive things, there comes prosperity... From the
song "survivor" from Destiny's child.
