Thank you for letting us know that a city has been successfully sued
for permitting black henna! As soon as I can get the docket number
of that lawsuit, I'll make that info available so communities
everywhere will know to forbid PPD now, or wait around to get hit with
a lawsuit! The FDA has ruled that using PPD on skin to create body
art is illegal. A PPD slinger can therefore be sued for "willful
battery" and "intentional battery" but that's small potatoes. It's
much more helpful for cities keep their shops clear of PPD to start
with.

I used to live in Santa Monica. Glad to know it's still beautiful and
that its judges are still wise and excellent!
