I work with a salon and right now we do an 80/20 split (only becausehenna is so new to the area and the owner wants it to build up first)
Her normal split is 60/40.
I use one of there rooms and I take care of any and all advertising
and supplies.
Oh, they do take calls for me for appointments and if it becomes a
steady thing they would make appointments for me too.
