The method you have sounds great. I usually use Final Seal as my
sealant and that is quite quick. What takes a long time is waiting
for their henna to dry and that can take even longer when it is
humid. When I am doing henna on the street I just tell people to
come back in 10 minutes (or sit and wait) and then I spray them with
final seal and send them along.

I think, however, most people who are paying for henna in a spa don't
want that kind of service ("here's your aftercare sheet, don't let
the door hit you on the backside on your way out....Next!!!") In
addition to lemon sugar I would want to do Final Seal plus wrap. I
think that wrapping is essential when I see a client in this kind of
setting; it's all part of the experience. I can't figure out a way
to make the aftercare/wrapping part quicker without annoying the
client!
