From my point of view.
I am self employed and on the go phsically and mentaly most of the
time.
I always had trouble relaxing, you know, one of those who has to be
doing something all the time. I also had always wanted a tatto but
knew I would get bored with it sooner or later. Along came Henna, If
i get bored I know I can do another design again, if I like it I just
renew it, but the best bit is henna takes time to prepare and apply,
it makes me slow down, applying the paste means i have to sit and
stop rushing around, and waiting for the paste to dry inhibits too
much frantic activity, the paste also "feels" good as it goes on the
skin,I find the aroma relaxing also. To summarise I do it because it
is the best stress buster I have come across, in a world dominated by
computers and speed and rush, rush, rush henna sets its own time
limits and takes me back to a slower more human speed of things.
I love the internet by the way....but I hate and blame computers for
many things wrong with the way we live.
