The Good Henna Fairy came!!

Wow!! It happened! I finally got the eye popping terp results that
everyone else spoke of at long last!

Sunday night I hennaed my palm -- 1 week old Sondarya henna kept in
the fridge, mixed with cajeput and geranium approximately 24 hours
prior to application. My cajeput just got to me via UPS, until then
I've been using tea tree.

*Well* I wrapped the design with my trusty old Ace bandage and left
it on overnight. Low and behold the morning unveiling revealed the
*darkest* pumpkin orange stain I've yet to see. I religiously kept it
dry dry and warm warm all day even after paste removal. It was
darkening alright, and I was excited to see the results from 24 hours
after paste removal.

This morning I woke up and looked at my palm immediately. Like a kid
finding toys from Santa, I grinned in amazement at the darkest black
cherry stain I have *ever* seen. It is damn near black in places
already and I am just agog.

I keep showing it to my husband saying "Do you see this? Can you
believe this?" Not totally getting it, he humors me and nods like you
would to a crazy woman whom you don't want to set off. "Yeahhhh
that's really great!"

"But look how dark it is!"

"Yeah it's dark alright..."

Ahhh well perhaps the henna miracle doesn't mean as much to everyone.
But to me I'm simply overjoyed at the Good Henna Fairy's visit and
what she brought.

Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings, since many terp designs keep
developing for 48 hours.
