I send 'em a letter telling 'em about me, about henna, and congratulating them on choosing to have henna at their wedding. Then I say that in order to reserve their spot they need to send me $25, which I keep if they cancel within 48 hours of the henna party. So they need to give me at least two days notice if they want to cancel scot free. And if they get their appointment, the $25 gets applied toward it.
