Christians

: Also, with an ensuing counter attack against the Middle East is it

: Can someone shed a little light in this direction?

For some great information on henna as a business, see the link below
to visit Catherine Cartwright Jones' page on the subject. I've found
her best advice to be *don't* jump into this as a business too
quickly. She often says it takes a weekend to learn how to henna, and
a lifetime to learn the art of henna. I've found great wisdom in this
approach. However, if you already have several years of expereince
doing henna for yourself and friends, you may find right now to be a
great time to start as a businesswoman.

CCJ is also a great person to answer your questions regarding
religious aspects of henna. In short, it has been used by MANY
countries, and MANY religions for THOUSANDS of years, so there is no
one cultural or religious aspect to the art of henna. It has
traditions in the Hindu religion, Muslim, Jewish, as well as the
Christian religion and many many more.

Best wishes to you and your daughter with your exciting new endeavor
and keep us posted on your artistic progress.
