Maybe someone has some suggestions about taking a: pic of your own hand. On the pic the stain seems to be different : colors but the real thing is one consistent color and on the pic it : seems to be splotched when it is not. This not to mention that the : pic doesn't show any of the detail. I know it is the lighting and : the perspective but I don't know how to correct this. This was done : with my digital. I've found the best pictures come out when I have a design lit with natural lighting (sunlight) but not direct light. If you can find a generally light area of the house, try that. Also, I've found that using a white or cream colored background also seems to bring out the truest color of the stain - as true as it ever gets on film that is. : the stain 45 minutes after I removed the paste. This is the color it : was without any steaming. I was so shocked. I had never gotten : anything this dark immediately. It IS a fantastic stain... what was the brand?? : I like my ring too. It is one of those old ones from the '60s that : opens up and you can put things inside. Ooooh a poison ring! I have one of those too, I think they're too cool! Hope these ideas help.
