black henna emergency

My boyfriend and I went away..got a henna tattoo ...now there is
swelling. we have read the PPD and BH report but all of them appear
to be back in 2000. he is going to see a Dr. tomorrow but in the
meantime has anybody gotten any more recent info on
treatment...preferrably one that would not leave any scars. we plan
on takingthe info with us to the Dr but if there is anything more
recent we would like to go with that also.
