I just wanted to thank everyone who has posted photos of their work,
links to their photo galleries and their freebie designs here,
especially in the past month. There are too many to recall off the
top of my head, but you know who you are. I've found so much
inspiration by looking at other artists' styles. By examining
everyone's work, I've found it a great way to expand my own artistic
ability.

I seem to go in mini-cycles of designs, my grape leaf phase, then my
CCJ little flower phase, my Liisa-inspired, Morrocan, or my freehand
tribal phases. Anyone else find themselves doing this, where youre
just enamoured of the way a design looks & so you keep repeating the
theme (w/variations) for a little while? Great for developing your
technique, no?

Anyhow I just wanted everyone to know how much I value your
willingness to share your art. I feel like my mehndi skills have
jumped lightyears ahead since I found this site in June & it's all
due to the collaborative effort, the stories, artwork, recipes,
successes & failures we've shared.
