It lasts up to 3 days on average.I've had paste that gave a good stain after a week.
Some also went bad after the 3rd day.
It depends on how thick your paste is, the temperature and climate of
where you live, and how it was stored (ie, plastic bottle, cone..)
The best thing to do is practice with your mixture until you know how
it works.
