Great!! When it gets closer to May I would like to put together a
grand list of 1. everyone who is expecting to come and 2. what
supplies they can bring. Until we know how many to expect, it's
difficult to predict what we will need, but I am so lovin' everyone's
willingness to pitch in!!

As I see it, the sequence of events to expect are :
1. Once CCJ is able to finalize her schedule, folks can make their
own travel arrangements to Albq.

2. When people are totally dead-on sure they can come, I will compile
a list of names, so we know how many to expect. (around March 2002)

3. Once we know who is gonna make it for sure, we can put together a
list of supplies folks can bring, etc. About then I will get
food/dietary info from everyone so I can buy accordingly. (April 2002)
I should have an estimate as to individuals' costs to be split by
then (it should be very affordable -- site is 60 a day for 3 days -
$180 to be split amongst everyone who attends - CCJ's costs, & our
food costs will be divided equally so we can eat well!! you get the
idea)

4. I will put together a necessary list for folks to pack -
appropriate clothing/gear, that sorta thing. And,

5. I will coordinate directions to the site for everyone who's
driving. People who're flying in, I am more than happy to pick up and
shuttle you to the site (and back) if you don't want/need to rent a
car. (early May)

and then if the good gods are willing, we henna!

all this is just a rough idea of what I'm thinking so far but I will
keep in touch via the forum for any SSW updates.
