Catherine is the master of that cone. I would take her up on her
offer of some free cones to practice with until you can find a
source. And take time to browse her site for the how-to of the cone
and just all the other great information you will find there. I have
not tried Navaid's Painfoe, but I know that I would if I had carpal
tunnel. I have found him to be very reliable. One of the powders in
your JAMBALAYA variety pack is Navaid's. If you want to try a recipe
similar to the one Anne describes, mix my Moroccan included in your
variety pack and substitute the tea tree for cajeput. I think there
are similar recipes in the recipe package I sent to you. You will
find from reading on that a lot of people here are experimenting with
the various essential oils. Rest assured that there are not powders
available fresher or better than what is in your pack. So now you
can discover all of the different methods for application and what
wonderful additions various eos can be to your paste. Take it easy
