I mixed up a batch of henna last week that ended up very
interesting. I started with Jamila Henna from Castle Arts- and mixed
it with Lemon juice concentrate and a smidge of sugar. Next day I
added a 1/4 tsp each of Tea Tree and Eucalyptus oil to it. The next
day when I went to fill my J-bottle, some of it got onto my hands. I
washed it off immediately- but noticed that it still stained enough
to last a few days- though not very dark. Unfortunately- the reason
I mixed the henna was because I was going to do a few friends that
were coming over for a bonfire- and we had to cancel because of the
rain. By the time I had some time to use the mix, It probably was no
longer good- we're talking over a week here. My question is- the
stain took so fast to my hands- is that a good indication that I have
a really good mix? I am going to freeze that stuff thats left to use
on my hair sometime- but will try again soon. Thanks!
