Welcome to the Henna Page and to henna. I hope you will love it as much as we do. Maureen is a great lady! I started with bottles, and I still find I have more control with them for quick hennas. But I have started making my own cones and love them. I think if you have carpul tunnel a cone or bag offers a variety options for use, several of which would be less damaging than using a bottle. any thing that keeps you from bending the wrist too sharply or sqeezing your forefinger and thumb together too tightly would be the best choice (gee, don't I sound like your doctor?) Whatever method you choose, keep in touch with us, we will be looking forward to seeing you work! good luck!! jolynn : i started out using small plactic bottles with metal tips, they work : fine but my hand does cramp after awhile...am trying to relearn with : carrot bags. i havent had much chance to henna lately but can tell : its way easier on the hands with the bags !!! : just my 2 cents on carpal tunnel....i suffered with it for 10 years : before finally getting the surgery done, IF you can take the time and : have insurance to cover it....plaese have it done. i wish i had done : it when first diagnosed. : oh yes....welcome to the forum! keep us posted, ask : questions...thats what we're here for.
