Runny is no damn good. This isn't an ink thing.

Fine lines come from sifting, sifting, sifting, and stirring up a
mix, preferably of a rainy season harvest so it's naturally "stringy".
If you have fine, even consistency, you can pull perfectly thin lines
(you can pull a fine line with honey. or powdered sugar frosting, but
not with tapioca)

I mix my best lines at a consistancy about like stirred up yoghurt
.... perhaps a little thicker.

When I get the mix perfect, I can get 22 lines per inch with a carrot
bag, but I have to do that under my big magnifying lamp ...
