Try this,
on your site place the mouse curser over the pic then click the
right mouse button then choose PROPERTIES from that menu, you will
then see the link to that pic.
Then type that link name ie (http://.....) whatever the properties
are of that photo should be typed into the OPTIONAL IMAGE URL in the
box above the POST MESSAGE button below.

I hope this helps. I'm not to good at instructions
