From what I have seen of Navneet books there is not much in the
way of instruction. In most books there is one page of
instructions on how to roll a cone and apply the henna. It's pretty
limited. Some of the books have a couple of pages with simple
design elements and as you work your way through the book the
designs get bigger and more complicated. It's nothing that you
can't figure out yourself. If you want self instruction try a book like
Loretta Roome's book. Use the Navneet books for the full-on
bridal henna designs. Just my opinion.
