Full body itchy IS consistant with a delayed hypersensitivity reaction
from the prior black body paint application.

Full body reaction at 24 hours could be a regular allergic reaction to
anything else she's eaten or had put on her body, brushed up against,
worn .. endless possibilities there! Clove oil is pretty irritating,
but that tends to be a localized reaction.

It is possible that she is allergic to henna .... it is possible that
she's allergic to something else.

Only a physician can determine the allergen.
