Indian scarves.

Recently had a labor patient who decorated her hospital room with the
most gorgeous scarves - they were very vivid (solid) colors and had
interesting threadwork patterns on them & sparkly beads and other
pretties dangling off the edges. She said her sister got them in
India. More beautiful than anything I've seen in import or "hippie"
stores around here. I know some of you dabble in fabric dying as well
(althought these did not have patterns made with dye). Any of you
making scarves like this, or do you know a good source for them? They
would be just wounderful for decorating a 'henna corner' in my house
or a booth at a festival. Most were very thin gossamer fabric.
