Sounds to me like you're referring to neutral henna that is used on
hair to condition and make your hair shiny. You should be able to
get neutral henna at any health food store that sells hair products.
The brand that comes to mind has tropical-themed artwork on the
square boxes. I think that Rainbow is the brand. There are several
however.
