Hej,

I always have stencils on hand when I do workshops. I work mainly
with middle school girls, and the stencils seem to be great
inspiration. I think once they get the feel of the henna, it's
easier to go freehand.

When I first got interested in henna, I used stencils a lot because I
had very little confidence in my drawing ability. I haven't used
them in over a year now, though my freehand stuff is nowhere near as
elaborate as some.
