Mahlabyia is an oil that might or might not darken henna because of
the polar solvent characteristic of some of it's consituents. These
can include eucalyptus, lamp oil, turpentine .... it's different with
every source. The brands I've tried do NOT darken my henna, but they
do give me blistered skin.

It is NOT to be used in your hair!!!!! Keep it far, far, far away
from your face and eyes.
