Congratulations!Henna during pregnancy is traditional. So long as what you are using
is pure and identifiable, go for it. For me, this would mean using
henna powder like what I, or Castle Art, Kenzi, or a number of other
reputable merchants sell. Mix it with lemon juice and some sugar and
use it like that. I would not use a commercially sold paste as I
woudln't be sure what was in it. Ten to one, you'd be fine, but now
is not the time to experiment.
