Mehendi...a passing fad!!!!

Greetings,
Since I moved far away from my friends and former clients last year,
I have been spending some time thinking how to get new friends and
new clients where I now live. I don't mind driving an hour or so for
Mehendi, but 3 hours to go back 'home' (where I used to live) is just
too dang far.
While doing a bit of telephone networking today, against my better
judgements I called ONE tattoo parlour and inquired about the need
for a Mehendi artist...only to be told that it was a passing fad and
over a year ago!!! ROFL! Now mind you the man back home who used to
do my tattoo's was always friendly and willing to throw some business
my way.
I just thought you would all like to know that we are/were a passing
fad...hehe.
If the fad is over...why do we all have people who want this done?
Now I am going back to banging my head on the desk!
