Hi Samantha,

Can I be very cheeky and ask how you went about approaching the
council, who you approached and that sort of thing. In a very slack
kinda way I haven't got round to doing anything about it yet as I've
just finished my finals (Yeah!!!) and up until now I've been stuck in
dark and dingy libraries revising my arse off. I realise I may have
missed the boat as it's so late but I thought I might as well try. I
tried approaching the Portsmouth Council around Easter but they
weren't very helpful and I got caught up doing other things. If you
can help, I would be very grateful.
