First i contacted the Department of Leisure and Tourism who had no
idea really. Eventually after being passed around everywhere i got
intouch with the borough solicitors. There was a chap there who deals
with trading licences ect. He asked me to send him a business
proposal. I then contact the Officers in Environmental Health and
Borough Engineers Depts and explain to them what was in my henna mix
ect. They were happy. A letter then came through from the Solicitor
saying that they do not give out licences as such anymore but there
are place that you MUST NOT trade on.

That's it really. Have i been of any help?
