I wonder if the henna plants they harvest from is redder in generalor the soil conditions produce a redder staining henna? Just my
guess but then I haven’t been using henna for that many years. Too
bad about the terpines making the henna stain darker brown. I guess
will have to keep singeing my hands over the kettle.
I will certainly ask about Essential Oil sensitivities before I use
it on anyone. Except I have a non-henna related full time job and I
haven’t had the opportunity to apply henna on anyone else except my
mom and it is on her hair :) :) :).
