Never tried using okra in the mix...it always ends up the frying pan,
too yummy to spare for henna. I just wanted to describe the
gooeyness. I usually leave my tea mix in a potpourri crockpot for
several days. And you're right, fenugreek doesn't really do the
gooey thing for the henna paste.

Actually, I don't like gooey. I find it harder to control --
although I've seen Catherine make amazing use of the trails that
won't stop (kind of like melted mozzarella). I like to add a little
glycerin and sugar to my mix -- makes it smoother and less grainy.
The perfect texture is in the hand of the user -- just experiment
away to find what works best for you.
