: I have just hennaed my hair to a flaming red - it's a a litlte too
: much for me I'm afraid. I used a natural henna product by Logona
: "Flame Red". Will this gradually fade out over time, and if so, how
: long will it take? Or will I have to re-henna my hair OR use a hair
: dye. I am a natural auburn colour anyway. Please help!

Natural henna will vade, but Logona may not be all natural henna. DO
NOT USE SYNTHETIC HAIR DYE OVER HENNA!!!!!! The alkaline synthetic
dyes may react horribly with the acidic henna dye and make swampbottom
black, martian green or literally incinerate your hair with the heat
of the chemical reaction. Let it fade a bit ... then harvesting hair
from your hairbrush .... and try other mixes on your spare hair to see
how and when something will work. For more info on hennaed hair see
