Why do you strain AFTER you mix? isn't more efficient to strain b4?
(ie using the fredomatic is SO much quicker than any other straining
method).
Also - why the stainless steel? Doesn't metal impact the mix? It
impacts mine, for sure. I always use glass or ceramic bowls to mix
in. If not, why not? (I guess that's 3 ???'s!)
