It is then dried over a hibachi for approximately an hour, as hot as the customer can stand it. This turns the henna black. If you are that interested in checking out this method, I bought some crystals, but never used them. Contact me and I can send you a tiny amount, enough to do a pair of feet. I'm not real clear on the amounts, but I think if you made about 1/2 cup of watery cement, it will be enough crystals. I'd be curious to know if it works! Ciao, Kree
