Oooh! that is too funny! "produit" just means "product"! I was told
something similar about the same thing but I pushed them and they
explained that is was ammoniac crystals. The people I talked to said
that you can mix it in with the henna paste to make the stain really
dark.

I never saw or heard of the method you describe...sounds pretty
interesting. The only thing I heard of was to sprinkle cement paste
onto the still wet henna and put the hand or foot into a bag for an
hour. I never tried it though so I can't say if it works or not.
