EO's and how to use them??...

I know that with aroma therapy you must dilute the EO's with a
carrier oil, with henna is this necessary? Maybe only dilute when
the oil is to be applied directly?
I want to make sure i don't harm anyones skin.
Also, i found a web site that provides info on EO's is this what I
need to look at to try out new oils? What is needed and what is
counterproductive to henna?
