Contact her and offer to redo the same design the same size at your
next event. Tell her that your schedule does not permit you to
travel to her at this time, but that you would be happy to redo it at
the next event.

Keep in mind that there ARE people that just can't be pleased, no
matter WHAT you do. I have a co-worker that I hennaed (free of
charge, I might add) and gave very specific instructions for leaving
the henna on, etc. She even TOLD me she didn't follow the
instructions (she "couldn't wait to see how it did") and removed the
henna too soon, so it didn't stain well. She STILL hasn't stopped
complaining about it. Fortunately, almost everyone knows how she is,
so she isn't being taken seriously.
