I was hoping for the response you have given about a Henna
Association. And think that the artist vetting system makes very
good operational sense. I also think the Association as sponsor of
international henna conferences would be such a natural. Fees are
certainly appropriate for the purposes you stated. Small portions of
the fees could also be targeted to absorb some particular aspect of
conferences either in part or total.

Those are my early morning thoughts without coffee. I will reflect
more about ideas for features for the ezine. Should ideas just be
posted here or are they better sent someplace else?
