It should gothrough no problem. Kenzi (whose method this is) uses Jacquard bottles, for which thew henna must be mixed more thinly than for cones, so that may be part of the problem. It took me a long time to get the mix right for bottles. : This week I tried once again to make my own paste. I tried one batch : straining the powder through a tea strainer. Almost everything went : through it and when I tried to use the paste, it clogged my cone so : badly I had to chuck it out. So I tried straining the powder through : the stocking-in-a-coffee can thing and that worked a lot better. : However, I had read here that you should also strain the paste using : a stocking, plastic bag and milking the cow sort of motion. I tried : this twice using a small amount of paste and couldn't get it to work : for me at all. All that came out was a very small amount of liquid - : nothing that resembled paste.
