Hi Kenzie,

As I stated in my email to you, the February and March dates can
present a problem for travel for some...like me...who are definately
interested in doing this. It is not an issue of fear of the cold or
weather. It is an issue of being snowed in with impassable roads and
closed airports. It happens here during February and March in
Pennsylvania and happens in NYC as well. I am hoping that we can
plan this in a way that addresses the times that are most opportune
for people and presents the least potential barriers as well. Late
March has more potential than Feb and early-March I think. At this
point, I am also hoping that the planning process opens up to include
as many people who wish to help as possible. I am interested in
coming. I am interested in helping. I am not interested in a closed
process that I am left out of and then eventially sent details and
date when to show up. So I hope this process gets as open as
possible with lots of people participating in the planning.
