That's the problem with scheduling events, the dates may suit somepeople but not everyone. As Catherine is likely to be a major part
of this event and is not availabe until late winter, it seems a waste
to do it earlier and miss out on her expertise.
I hope to be able to find dates that accomodate the maximum number of
people, myself included!
