I usually add all manner of ingredient to my brew, but yesterday i
tried something new and i think it worked well. I dumped a TON of
dried marjoram into my lemon/clove mix, and did a double reduction.
Marjoram contains LOTS of terpines, so i figured i could give my
henna an added kick. I also usually add a large handful of red pepper
flakes, because i find that they generate heat once the henna is
wrapped. I hennaed my feet and the stain was quite good, so i think i
will do a more controlled side by side test in the future.
Peace and love to all sentient beings,

: I usually make a reduction with water, lemon juice, tea bags and
some
: hole cloves. I usually get nice result when i use this brew to mix
: my henna and the smell of cloves is just wonderful. But I've
: read/heard that some people get reactions from the clove.

: So... I'm wondering do you guys use clove in your mix when doing
: henna for your clients or at fairs?
:
: Thanks in advance!
