It will vary greatly by the kind of mix you're using...If you're mixing your own, store the powder separately. It keeps much
longer alone than the mix. I've got powder at least six months old in
the freezer that still produces a fabulous mahogany stain. Pre-mixed
paste should be kept in the fridge and may keep for a couple weeks but
will probably begin to mold after that... but again, it will vary by
the kind you're using. (Could I be a little more ambiguous??)
